Neuro Services
We are very excited to be able to offer Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapy services to our clients who have suffered strokes, head injuries, or other neurological conditions.
Neuro Fit Program
We encourage clients who have had no therapy intervention for over a year to be evaluated for our Neuro Fit Program. NeuroFit is designed to incorporate wellness into the lifestyle of clients who have completed their rehabilitation phase. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated a change in their functional level as a result of a medical problem or general deconditioning. The purpose of Neruo Fit is to provide an intensive “tune-up” addressing core areas of gait, Activities of Daily Living, cognition, and communication by an interdisciplinary team. If specific services are needed, then a plan of care will be developed for ongoing therapies which will phase into a maintenance program.
Wellness /Maintenance Program
When deemed appropriate, we encourage our patients to maintain the gains they have achieved during therapy with an affordable wellness program catered to individual needs. A licensed therapist is always on the premises and available for any questions or concerns
