We take pride in providing personal service to every customer. Our personal service begins when we answer your call. You see, at PHC, a live person will always greet you, not an automated attendant. Our customer service representatives are here to take and process your orders, answer questions and research those "hard-to-find" products. They work hand-in-hand with your PHC Medical Sales Representative to provide you with the best service available.
Personal Delivery:
Our fleet of local delivery vehicles make medical supply deliveries Monday through Friday. For those customers who may be outside our local delivery area, we can ship most supply orders via UPS and offer same-day as well as next-day delivery.
Most important, there are NO delivery or shipping charges on regular stock items.
