A: PHC Home Health is Medicare certified and licensed in the state of South Carolina.
Q: When are agency professionals available?
A: PHC Home Health is open 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday through Friday. On-call services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Q: How can you be sure you will receive good care?
- All clinical staff members are licensed/certified and receive continuing education to provide you with the highest quality care available.

Q: How will I know if my insurance covers home health services?
A: PHC Home Health will verify coverage and obtain pre-certification. We work with carriers as well as Medicare and Medicaid.
